Machine with rotogravure printing and coating units, offering excellent top coatings, primers, and adhesives for film and paper applications. Reverse printing on transparent materials. 6 meters or more drying length, with machine speeds up to 120 m/min.

SEMI- OR FULL ROTARY DIE CUTTING

Independent and servo-driven. Repeat lenghts from 50 mm – 330 mm for semi-rotary, and 190.5 mm - 476.25 mm for full rotary. Magnetic or solid/engraved cylinders.

UNWINDER & WEB GUIDING

Independent, servo-driven unwinder with closed-loop tension control and integrated reel lift. Electronic web guide with ultrasonic edge guide sensor. 76 mm air expanding mandrel. Max diameter 700 mm – 1000 mm roll capacity.

GRAVURE PRINTING UNIT

Rotogravure coating unit for adhesive coating, reverse printing of labels, counterfeit labels, over-laminating, and tape making. Also used for surface coating, such as top coating for HP digital printing, top coating for UV printable ink, colour coating including reflective inks, fluorescent inks and matte coating.

CORONA TREATER

High quality Corona treater. Up to 42 dyne with filmic materials. Recommended for synthetic substrates prior to coating, and cold foiling.

SERVO FOILING SYSTEM

Servo-driven, easy-to-operate, cost-saving flat bed hot foil system. Minimizes waste. Max foiling area 320 mm x 305 mm.

FLEXO PRINTING UNIT

Independent, servo-driven semi- or full rotary printing unit with auto pre-positioning and registration. Offers reverse side printing. Printing repeat lengths of 50 mm - 457 mm.

SLITTER

Optional shear slitter or razor blade slitter. Easy to install. Feature a standard high-pressure waste suction system.
